Imho, GBP screwed him with his hopes of getting a trilogy with Pacquiao. For all Dela Hoya's talk about doing all their best to make the thing happen, GBPs interest in making sure Arum benefits less predominated. If Marquez bolted out of GBP just as Mosley did, he would have gotten his trilogy. But that's water under the bridge.

I co sign with Rios or Sotto as better alternatives than Morales. Khan may be too much for Marquez.

Folks. Trust me. Marquez will fight Morales! No other fight makes sense at the moment. Marquez is chasing a third fight with Pacquiao and will not risk losing that chance by fighting a younger, faster, and stronger fighter in Khan or Berto! He will take what he thinks is a stay busy, but high-profile, fight with Morales and look to fight Pacquiao afterwards. Now, whether he gets the Pacquiao fight or not is a different story.

Thats the problem, everyone thinks he'll get smoked by berto or kahn, but people are just supposed to forget all that and take pac vs jmm 3 seriously????? I don't think so. ****in' Arum had already stated there won't be any trilogy. Ever. That's what he recently said. Only way Marquez will have a chance for his trilogy is to get out of GBP. Arum's hate against GBP is unmentionable.
