Hatton sucks. Gatti and Ward are Sugar Ray Leonard by comparison. Both could actually throw a straight punch and go 3 seconds without falling into a long bear hug.

How does one or two bad rounds against Lazcano equal getting handed your ass? Gatti had bad rounds against B fighters all throughout his career and himself was barely more than a B fighter at his very best. He was never in Hatton's league.

Well, Gatti was definitely effective at 140, he was world champ there. He's definitely able to compete at 140. It was welterweight where he never should have touched.

People seriously need to reassess what B and C level fighters actually are. Hatton was A class. You don't win fights against Tszyu and Castillo or pitch shutouts against Malignaggi and Urango if you're just average. Hatton's only two official losses are against the two best P4P fighters of the last few years, and no one can accuse him of having a weak resume.
