    Mosley

    Floyd's WW resume (6 years):

    Mitchell
    Judah
    Baldomir
    Hatton (light-welter)
    JMM (lightweight)
    Mosley

So who has the better WW resume? Vote and discuss.

*Just for argument's sake, let's assume Pac wins against Mosley*
This post is so bias against Floyd.

    1) Manny only fought two fights at Welterweight - a weight drained Cotto, and a punching bag in Clottey.

    2) Floyd has beaten two lineal champions at WW (the reigning champ Baldomir, and former champ Judah), and Mosley who was the #1 fighter at the time.

    3) Floyd's win over Judah > Manny's win over Clottey. Prime-Judah of 2005 would have beaten Clottey.

    4) Floyd's win over Hatton > Manny's win over Clottey (Clottey didn't even fight back!). Hatton was an undefeated top-10 (or top-5) P4P fighter when Floyd beat him.

    5) Margarito weighed in at 150lbs and was >160lbs on the night. It was a Light-Middleweight fight, not a Welterweight fight!

    6) Cotto was weight-drained so Manny gets no credit for this win from me. Likewise Floyd gets no credit for beating JMM because JMM was a blown-up Lightweight.

    7) De La Hoya was so badly weight-drained, so Manny gets no credit whatsoever. It's just a big name on his resume, nothing more. Meaningless fight, meaningless win.

    8) Manny has never been lineal champ at WW. Floyd has.

    9) Floyd's win over Baldomir is better than any of Manny's wins at 147 because Baldomir was the top dog at the division - he was lineal champ.

**** all the *******s that think their hero has had a legit Welterweight career. Two fights against Cotto and Clottey do not eclipse Floyd's resume at Welterweight.

Edit: And for the record, I'm not a *****, nor am I a *******. I'm neutral, I'm a fan of both boxers and respect both of their accomplishments. But the bias against Floyd and for Manny in this thread and poll is ridiculous.

    /Thread.

I think Cotto's WW resume is better than mayweather's...

Pac has a better resume....without a doubt.....but take into consideration that Floyd fought and beat the top dude in the division in 2006 and again in 2010.....the fight Floyd took in 2010 is a fight that Manny and his team turned down.....that fight was against the top WW in the division....so you have to give Money a lil' props.....but yea, Manny edges Floyd overall resume wise imo

I think Pacman Resume is much better, even if you ask those Boxing greats still alive today! Past Heavy Champs has already said what they know about Pacman and Floyd Jr., The latest of which was the comments of Larry Holmes!

Hoho... wow... As ridiculous as #1-8 are, #9 takes the cake.

Classic line by the way, "I'm not a *****, I'm neutral." LOL

It's post like these that reassure my belief that Floyd fans are the most ******ed dimwits on this board.

How about you not say the comment was ******ed, how about you post YOUR reasons for a legit answer to a serious thread, as £ 4 £ did.

It's not difficult to have a better welterweight resume than PBF, Joshua Clottey has a better welterweight resume than PBF.

If you can't spot the holes in each and every one of his so called "points" then I can't help you. I can't bring myself respond to such ridiculous reasoning. Anyone who actually believes Carlos Baldomir is better than anyone on Pacquiao's resume at 147, is beyond reason.
