I guess we just forget that? Maybe we forget that the first time Arum gave a talk for Marquez and the Pac fight he said Marquez was asking the same amount he got for the Mayweather fight? Now, it's double somehow. He has the emails to prove it all, but doesn't show any of them.

What about giving Mosley the same guarantee he says Marquez is asking for even though Marquez is the bigger name at the moment, is also coming off a fight with Mayweather (which is the reason Mosley is getting that much; because he's coming off a fight with Mayweather; whereas Marquez isn't?)

JMM deserved to ask for more against Pacquiao because he will play a part in selling the PPV. They already have the built in history and record for the most PPV's sold for a fight under 130. Pacquiao-Marquez II sold 400K

JMM got almost 25% of the guaranteed money against Mayweather (Mayweather was guaranteed $10M) and that was only because it was uncertain as to how much the fight would actually sell or he might've gotten more. Pacquiao gets guaranteed more than $15M, if we were to stick to what he got against Mayweather, $5M is around what he should get.

Arum had Mosley locked in, since right after the Margarito fight when Mosley went to Top Rank and told him he wasn't with GBP anymore. I remember a tweet around November that was posted on here, when Mosley wasn't even thought of as the primary option, where he said he was going to fight Pacquiao and plenty called him crazy. Mosley was always the option.
