Catchweight is the reason we are seeing good fighters from a certain weight fight another good fighter in another certain weight.

LOL!! No wonder the other fighter signed and agreed to it.

Catchweights are bad, drug testing is good.

I don't think there's anything wrong with a catchweight fight if there's no belt at stake...But in my opinion its total BS to fight for a belt when niether fighter are making that weight and one of the fighters(Paquicao) is 10 pounds under 154 at weigh in. OST is the thing over the future in all sports...With all this talk about HOF, who's getting in and who's not and we know there has been more than several athelets who have never tested positive but admitted using PED's. I think that there should be 1 commision for all of boxing and OST should be used all the time not just for fights. The Commision would have banned substance list and fighters are subject to testing at anytime not just during training if your a licensed fighter. Then all this talk would go away.

What's the point, no matter what I or anyone else says, unless its along the lines of "pacquiao is a ducker" you won't take anything to heart. Your mind is made up and your question is really a statement that you agree with Floyd asking for OST and you think its pathetic Pac had 2 catch weight fights.

TS, you want a real answer why catchweights are more acceptable than OST demands?

Catchweights make fights happen, OST prevents them.

They only prevent them if you don't want to do it. Of course you'd have to ask why....unless you have Pac's nuts in your mouth like you do.

by demanding for OST you accuse/slander the opponent of doing something illegal. In essense, you don't really want to fight.

by demanding for a catchweight you don't accuse/slander the opponent of doing something illegal. In essense, you want the fight but with a level playing field.
