initially pac refused random blood testing i give you that. but pac has not really hold on to his initial decision...in the 2nd negotiation he progressed and gave in to a 7-day cutoff which is much better than 14 days. but floyd never faced him in the negotiating table again that left hbo's greenburg wondering why floyd decided to go on vacation instead. they gotta try to negotiate again and who knows pac might accept random this time. the first negotiation is already a history...pac and floyd has already moved on it's only nsb'ers who are stucked in that unfruitful negotiation. even floyd in his ustream rant was no longer talking about the testing...instead he talked about fighting pac and how's he gonna kick his ass.

Umm, during the first negotiation Floyd compromised and the testing would've stopped 14 days before the fight, that doesn't sound like a demand for RANDOM OST to me.

the 14 days came off after pac refused random testing. it's still a demand...floyd just revised it.
