If Manny says he's going to agree to the tests, then there's only one way to find out if he's telling the truth. That is for Floyd to start the negotiations rolling again and show his willingness to fight. If Manny happens to renege on his promise of accepting OST without cut-off, then screw him. But as long as Floyd is keeping quiet, blaming Manny to prop up your hero is nothing more than a childish rant motivated by hate and jealousy.
