Mosley doesnt deserve a shot at Pac. getting a draw with Sergio Mora is just unacceptable. im telling you Pac will have to carry Mosley coz he could seriously hurt him if he puts some heat on the old man

Shane hasnt done anything lately to warrant a Pac clash and is a shadow of the fighter he once was but people around here are talking like he's a bum and always has been, "dumb fighter", "no skill" which is so far from the truth that it makes me wonder if the clowns that post it have even seen Shane in his prime! Pac will **** him up at this point but The Fighter in Shane might make it a fun fight early on

Shane doesn't even have a winning record in his last 5 fights. It could be aruged he should have a loosing record in his last 5 fights. In his last 2 fights he hasn't got a single win.
Surely, that has to mean something.
When Floyd fought him he was the Lineal champion at WW, and arugbally #1 at WW. Coming off two KO wins.
Surely, that has to mean something.

I've been critical of Mosley since the Mayorga fight and predicted his defeat to FMJ. But as the old addage goes "Styles makes fights". This could turn out to be an exciting match in which he KO's Pac. The more likely out come is a fight like the Pac Cotto: exciting 4 rounds, then Pac dominates. Mosley will probably lose, but he can hurt Pac, just like he hurt FMJ, maybe worse.
And for those with short term memory loss.. Earlier this year beating Mosley was good enough to elevate FMJ as Yahoo!'s #1 p4p after the fight. So why isn't he good enough to fight Pac? Besides Mosley who is, Marquez? Marquez @ WW was good enough for FMJ to garner a couple of boxing writer's #1 votes in Yahoo!'s p4p, but the consensus is he's a mismatch for Pac @ WW. If a Kastidis left hook put JMM on his back, imagine what a Mosley left hook would do (Bring out the stretcher). Berto? Whose best competition was a disputed decision over southpaw Luis Collazo. The same Collazo Mosley dominated for 12 rds.
Mosley is the clear welterweight choice. Show the man some respect.

i would have rather seen pacquiao fight berto. not cuz berto is better but because floyd made shane look shot. vs mora he really didnt do anything 2 change that either so i was disappointed when i heard he was gonna get the shot at pac.

And, it wasn't earlier this year. And, a lot has changed since then. When Floyd beat him, Mosley was arguably the #1 WW, lineal champ coming off an impressive win. Now, Mosley is coming from a Floyd beat down and in a fight where he looked like crap against Mora.
Garbage ass fight.
The clear WW choice should have been Berto.
My oppinion would be that it should have been berto vs mosley and the winner fights pacman.

By every respectable ranking Berto is rank above Mosley and rightfully so.
Mosely at 147 in the 3 years has only 1 win at 147. Just 1 win at 147 in the last 3 years man.
I didn't give Floyd a pass for nothing fighting threats cuz' they were not draws and I won't give Pac one either especially since he fought Clottey.
At 147 it should have been Pac-Berto or wait to see what happens in the Bradley fight at 140.
Mosley? No good at all.

Clottey was not a draw of course but a top 5 welterweight and that was pacs second fight at welterweight. Do you think berto could have been on the list back then?
