Cotto’s Achilles heel is pressure fighters with a big punch and let’s not even get into Miguel’s stamina issues. Tito get’s stronger in the later rounds while Cotto backpedals.

firstly notice i said "slight chance of maybe sneaking".... so im not talking about the most likely scenario

i agree with all your points on tito and i actually reckon 9 times of 10 tito stops cotto, maybe even in the first half of the fight...

the only reason why i said maybe he could sneak a decision is if he heavily employs his jab (which i think is very very good) and adopts a similar gameplan to the mosley fight... i think cotto actually does ok going backwards (offensively not defensively), problem is that its not something he does comfortably but more from survival instinct... admitedly it wouldnt be a great win (a bit of a spolier tactic) but he might be able to control enough rounds to get a SD... he showed glimpses in the margo fight too

like i sed i dont think this is likely but not beyond the realms of possibility...
