            i agree with this post, however, amateur career is more often than not considered for voters for the hof

              Well I can see what you're saying but it just doesn't look right to me. For example, let's say Rigendeoux or whatever goes on to win some championships and all. Not to the Cotto level but he's decent in one division or two. You really think he should get in the HOF?? Serious.
