Oscar has a great resume. So does Trinidad and Vargas for that matter. Mosley come sout looking the weakest out of the four that mattered at that time.

However, Sugar Ray Leonard also had a great resume. Probably better than all four of these aforementioned fighters. Juan Manuel Marquez is also compiling a quality resume. Pacquiao as well.

Going back further, Langford, Robinson, Armstrong, the list goes on. Hard to say second best all time. But for his time, it's one of the better resumes you will run into.

I left out Jack Blackburn as he is the HOF, but more because of his training of Louis. He is in there as a "Non-Participant".

I don't think you should include uncompetitive losses.. what does that prove?

If i went pro tomorrow and fought Pacquiao, Martinez, Mayweather throughout the year, and I lost to all of them, does that make me an ATG because I fought the best?

Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. clearly has the best resume in the history of the sport. 41 have tried and 41 have failed.

Joppy, Carr and Reid were at the time very good fighters. They were easily as good or better than a Margarito, Clottey or Hatton. It's just that those type of guys are quickly forgotten after their time has been.

Huge names on his resume. Same with Tito.

Man I miss those days, where these guys always fought the best.
