exactly what i just posted. Floyd cant compare to the level of racist, a*shole and arogant prick ALI was. so when people say floyd is worst than him or put roy jones in the same sentence, show how they didnt do their research on ALI and his career

YESIR - you need to realize that Ali is beloved in all nations and that includes old, young, educated, and uneducated. You are not going to change a fanbase of millions even if you cruise the streets with a loudhorn proclaiming Ali evil or something of the like. Ignorance is not understanding why millions upon millions consider Ali a beloved person. It doesn matter what you or I think, it is a fact!

Ali used to be the most hated person in the world..people didnt watch to see him win but to see him lose and he was criticized more than anyone for his every move..

Now ofcourse everyone loves Ali cause his story of greatness but not many people were loving him in the 60s n early 70s..he gained his recognition late in his career and one day floyd will get his and everyone will sit back and pretend they always loved floyd and the way he acts..

Fighting a light weight at 146 is "masterful"? Sorry I'd have to uhh, disagree just a little...As for old man mosley, no. I gave him zero credit for beating the old man, and I'm gonna give pac zero credit if he wins. Maybe if he had fought him 2 or 3 years ago, but the dude was almost 40 years old and coming off and 18 month lay off....sorry it's just not doing it for me. All though if you compare the two fights mosley was a much better choice then jmm, that marquez fight was a joke. If he had fought jmm at like 138 or something maybe, but give me a break. Dude looked like he had a spare tire hanging around his waist for gods sake, LMAO, that fight was a joke bro. Like I said, if he's gonna come back and face the best of the best and back up all the **** he's been talkin great, sign me up, I'm ****ing DOWN. But if he's gonna come back and beat up on light weights or 40 years olds then just spare me. He's supposed to be the GOAT right? All I'm saying is if he thinks we're supposed to buy that he's anywhere close to ALI status, he needs to back that **** up. Fight the man who took ur crown, don't fight all the dudes below him, fight him. What's wrong with that? He would shut alot of people up (like myself) if he just backed up his mouth a little. All the big talk and crazy one liners and all that will only take u so far. There is ONE person everyone wants to see him fight, ONE. If he can't do that then I got no use for all the talk and bull**** that comes with money may.

""""""one day floyd will get his and everyone will sit back and pretend they always loved floyd and the way he acts"""""". That is hillarious! Floyd will be lucky if one day he isn't still in the slammer for what he has done. No comparison.

He came out of retirement and fought the p4p 2 fighter whom called him out and was oacs toughest opponent..and that was his tune up..he then faced the top WW after pickin up the fight after a cancellation..

Now Ali came from suspension and had a hard fought tune up and then lost to frazier..

So if u ask me floyd took the right path with those two fights and u c now he hasnt fought in almost a year and is still ranked #2p4p because he smoothly offed the comp..

As a boxing fan I want to see him in the ring in 2011. It is also important that he be totally focussed when he does return. I think people should try wearing the shoes before bashing him for taking a break to get his whole life not just his boxing life in order. The charges are serious, his kids are involved and he would be less than a man if boxing didnt take a back seat. His life is just a movie to us and when its over we get to leave the theatre and go on with our regular lives. The film of his life keeps rolling for him. For me it seems easy to understand. Yes, he and both he and boxing need eachother equally but where should he draw the line between our fantasy fights and his reality?

You sound like an Ali hater from the 60's.

lol, how old are you? Yeah sure, years from now, my grandkids will learn about Floyd's past antics by going online and accessing all his archived Ustream, domestic violence records, trouble with the law, etc. and will learn to love him from going through those archives.

Hate to break it to you, but there was no internet during Ali's time, so even if he did ****** crap outside of boxing, they're not archived where everyone can just access them.

Yeaaah im not that old but before the internet there were these things people used you might not be familiar with them..they were called records..

Ali had his career recorded and his own personal camera man and spent time with many journalist..real journalist not the articles youre reading on fanhouse and youtube.

Its a simple fact that Ali was hated duhh..he was proclaimed a draft dodger which is a crime, also followed a religion that preeched racism..people wouldnt even call him by the name Ali until late in his career..

The amount of information u can find on the internet doesnt begin when it was
created..as a matter of fact idk why im even responding to ur post ur just hatin..
