I am sick of the Mayweather nonsense. I don't care what he does outside the ring, and I don't really want to hear about him if he aint interested in fighting..... anymore than I care about Pac screwing around on his wife.

I don't give a **** about that Oprah Winfrey stuff, we all got our own problems. Mayweather is a freak, the press the guy gets is ridiculous..... but then again, the hate he gets is ridiculous as well.

He only fights once a year - probably for tax reasons - and he only fights for checks..... two reasons not to care as much as both the fluffers and the haters

There are so many gullible people around. When Bob Arum first claimed that he was starting a "second round of negotiations" for the Pac/May fight, Team Mayweather immediately denied that a Pacquiao/Mayweather fight was on the horizon.....

" Floyd isn’t thinking about none of them, and there ain’t no negotiations starting, period." Ellerbe dismissed the remark as uninformed and said Mayweather only is interested in taking some time off after a long promotion. “Who are they negotiating with, themselves?” Ellerbe responded.

But the suckers still believed Arum over the vacationer, and this is even AFTER Arum was forced to admit that he NEVER spoke with anyone from GBP. Even then, hardly anybody clicked that the two-week "deadline" was entirely based upon a negotiation that Arum insisted that he personally handled with GBP

Team Pacquiao will get a window later this year, but they had better take it this time.

That is the reason why Floyd responds the way he does. The problem is 90% of the press he get's is negative and dude is 41-0. How can anyone analyze Floyd vs Manny without looking at all the BS antics Manny and his team try to pull on every fighter they face and think that their not trying the same shyt on Floyd. If you did look at it there's no way you wouldn't see the reason why PBF vs Pac hasn't and probably won't ever happen. I totally agree. :-)

Boxing doesn't need Floyd. I mean the guy fights what once a year? His absence could lead to lesser known fighters receiving more exposure. In the short-term his absence hurts the sport, in the long run it may benefit lesser known fighters.

If dude does come back he needs to make sure he fights pac, and end this half ass ****** circus once and for all. If this "comeback" is gonna be half as uninspiring as the last one then I got no use for it what so ever. Back up all tha talk or just continue to walk, enough is enough.

Wow, shutting down the #2 and #3 P4P best that just so happen to be dodged by the so called #1 was uninspiring? Wow! I thought both were masterful performances.

Sugar out of curiosity, why do you think he gets such negative press? You think the press just singles him out, or do you think it might actually have something to with the way he carries himself and operates within the sport?

If Floyd gets his act right and comes back to the sport than he better fight Pac; otherwise retire for good. Wouldn't mind seeing Floyd vs. Martinez though neither, but that won't happen.

Manroid is being celebrated for fighting big loser after big loser while Floyd fights only streaking fighters but yet boxing trashes Floyd while cheering for Manroid. If it were Floyd resisting OST there would be a court order making him submit to it but yet we get silly excuse after silly excuse from Team Roid, biased press and dumbass fans. Now the truth comes out "BOXING IS BORING AS HELL WITH PAC AND ALL THE BS THAT COMES WITH HIM". If Pac was half of what he's made out to be he would be fighting no less than Marquez@140 or Berto@147 but truthfully Martinez@154. Most of all he would have been submitted to OST and have loss to Floyd already then the circus BS would be over with.
Why doesn't Mayweather come back and fight Martinez? Berto? Bradley..Khan....anyone with a pulse? Mosley is the only HOF worthy welterweight on this dude's resume and he became a welterweight in 2005. It took his a$$ five years to get one HOF welter on his resume. He beats an older version of Mosley and let's be honest, Mosley was beaten fairly easily by Forrest and Winky before, so it isn't like Mayweather blazed some new trail. You guys over-hype his resume at 147, it's weak plain and simple. The guy refuses to fight anyone who has a legit shot of beating him, whoever that may be.

Floyd is brash and a bit arrogant but many fighters were. Then I gotta say being AA, the American press doesn't like an arrogant, black millionaire. They would rather see any other culture succeed than an AA. It's historic and only takes a minute to research. Manny could beat the hell out of his wife and the press would down play it. It's sad but reality. If it were Floyd being expected of cheating there would be a federal investigation going on. How could a man with Floyd's accomplishments not be celebrated? I agree he doesn't always help his case but damn this is madness. Floyd beats JMM he was too small, Shane was old, I guess a Martinez win would be some BS and so would a Pac win. Pure BS!!!!
