          p4p rankings is based on a lot of things.

          it's not just based on 1-2 good years.


          he trails behind pac and floyd in career accomplishments.

          pac and floyd are seen as better skilled as well.

                why???? pacquiao cant lose his sopt without actually losing. floyd lost his spot at 1 and then at 2 when he retired and went on vacation.

                    you can lose a #1 spot without losing.

                    problem is martinez wasn't even close to #1.

                    if he was already #2-3 before he beat pavlik and williams then you might have a case for having him go above pac/floyd.

                    but he wasn't.

                    his wins over pavlik and williams got him in the top 10.
