He might have beaten Vernon Forrest honestly... he whipped him in the ams. Plus, I never really got why people were so high on Forrest. He got hit an awful lot, and his chin wasn't really the best.

No, HBO wants the matchup. Dzinziruk wasn't on the early list of wanted opponents for Martinez. Plus, Martinez has said he will come down to 155 at the lowest, and it would have to be for a really good reason. Dzinziruk hasn't ruled out going up to 160 at any point.
