youre making **** up again, roach never said pac was not ready...he said it was better for pac to get more time to train for a mayweather other than less than 1 and half months....they wanted the floyd fight eversince he came back...they even criticesd him for not waiting a week after the hatton fight so they could negotiate right way...but floyd said he wanted a tune up first......than came the cotto fight which again one of the fighters floyd avoided and went on retienmnet, all of the garbage talks from floyd's daddy started..
What is the difference between not being ready and needing more time to train? It seems to me you not ready if you need more time to train. No? Actually Roach did say Manny wasn't ready and they need more time cause he had teach Manny so much more stuff for a PBF fight and he needs to be sure Manny sees what he(Roach) sees.

        See how easy that is?
That's true but the Pacquaio at 147 is better than the Pacquaio at 130.

keep trying to make these things up? How is Floyd scared
of Pacquiao, when Freddie Roach once said he would want
to fight Mayweather at a catchweight? You Pac fans have
got to be kidding me. There is an article I've been looking
for when Arum said that he would like for Mayweather to
stay retired as long as possible, so that Floyd could be
rusty when he comes back to fight Pac BEFORE the JMM
fight happened. I've been looking for that article for a long
time. If someone can find it. Please forward it over and let
me know when/if you post it.
I'll be on the look out, I don't remember reading it though.

not being ready could mean needing more experince, challenges,etc......needing more time to train is just that that, needing time to train....big difference......its just like pac wont be ready to fight in january but he is in may...do you see it?...

No way it is! when your weight drained you feel sick and weak and will not be very active at all. When your blown up your just not as smooth, fast or cordinated as you are at normal weight. Both are bad but being drained is way worse.

Right, JMM was out of his "comfort" zone just as Hoya was who hadn't made 147 in a decade. A little uncomfortable don't you think? Roach and Arum express how comfort is a big issue in there camp. Its actually one of the main reasons they first wanted to fight Floyd Mayweather at a catchweight. They felt Floyd would have been too comfortable with out a catchweight.

Just as they wanted Cotto at a catchweight but not Hoya. They knew he wouldn't be comfortable at that weight. Just as demanding for JMM to now fight at WW (no catchweight) when Pac didn't even win his WW title without a catchweight. How contradicting and unjustifiable.

That's the point. Some people are just ignorant to suit there agenda.

Read a earlier post. Why do you feel De la Hoya won the fight vs. PBF.

                      NUFF SAID!

"We'll have a change in sparring partners and style because Mayweather is so different than our last four opponents [Cotto, Ricky Hatton, De La Hoya and David Diaz]. We have to study him really hard. But I know Mayweather really well. I just need Manny to see what I see." Freddie Roach.

                      TRANSLATION:

Manny Pacquiao ain't ready for Floyd
                      even after his best performances.
