Like..i said....i didn't expect no other answer but that. Every freakin' heavyweight great has fought bums.. his comp is not much different than Tyson's comp. He's fought plenty of good boxers & there's enough of a gauge as to he handled them... That is such a lame excuse. For once let;s focus on the skills & LEAVE the opponent out of the equation.. When we try to gauge Vitali's greatness...funny how we focus less on him & more on his opponents. The focus should be the opposite.more on him & less on the opponents. no. what people are saying is that vitali just isn't near the top 10 ATG, resume wise & him as a overall fighter. the only fight that we can judge is the lewis fight because lewis is great. but even lewis was fat old & tired when vitali fought him.

Vits body breaks down for the same reason a shtty computer fcks up when you try to execute a decent program.

The same reason a divers lungs explode if he ascends to the surface too fast. Its not a freak injury, its the body's way of telling you that you are out of your depth, and you are not going to cheat nature.

Vitali swung and missed 370 times trying to outbox Chris Byrd. That equates to about 41 missed punches per round. Is it any wonder why he threw out his shoulder?

Against Lennox he tried to "clinch" one of the most ruthless clinch fighters of all time and got an eyebrow busted open...He tried to clinch again in the 6th round and got his lip busted open. You cant cheat nature, and Vitali is not capable of beating anyone above class D.

THE TRUTH

Vitali took the fight on just 10 days notice.

Vitali was clearly winning the fight 4-2 on all 3 scorecards at the time of the controversial doctor stoppage. Lewis was badly hurt and was staggering around the ring like a drunk, he barely survived the 2nd round. Lewis was getting outboxed, outworked, outlanded and was hurt several times in the fight.

All the fans at Staples Center cheered for Vitali and booed Lewis after the fight.

Lewis promised Vitali a rematch.

A body, a car or anything else in nature will break down when it tries to perform an action that exceeds its capabilities. Vitali is not capable of beating anyone better than class D, so naturally he falls apart when faced with legit opponents.

Vitali's strategy in every fight is to mindlessly throw punches until his opponent hits the canvas. This is fine against clubfighters but it will never work on an opponent ranked above class D.

If young holmes can beat old Ali
If young Marciano can beat old Joe Louis
If young Johnson can beat old Jeffries

^^THen why couldnt Klitschko beat old Lennox? None of the above young boxers got their face busted up as severely as Klitsckho did. Vitali looked like a used tampon when the fight was over.
