Marquez is a great fighter but I think he needs a nutritionist or somebody who can tell him how to move up and retain his speed and power. He needs to go to 140 and beat some guys instead of jumping straight to 147.

Clottey's a good opponent. Wait, what about the layoff? But I feel ya Rome. I do think that Berto's oppo needs to take the next step forward, but my whole point is he aint being moved badly considering the state of the division.

True the div is in shambles what a difference a few years makes huh,that div in 08 09 was the best in the sport..I mean it could be again if these guys start fighting in the US or at least on TV,and the belt holders start fight each other as well..Berto has to lead by example at this point,he has to make a name for himself..That's all I've been saying since I seen Berto he broke on the sense I said he looks good but who the hell was that he beat for the(vacant)belt??Then he fought Collazo I felt Collazo won but was not to mad at the outcome but wanted to see it again..Instead we get Berto Urango and it was one of the worst fights I've ever seen,then lay down fighter after lay down fighter..I see ya point Whiskey Berto is not totally to blame but you have to admit he has a part to play in it..He has to say damn that and call these MOFO's out Cintron,Marga's does not have a dance partner,Clottey who ever just guy's that he can make a name off of..TBH I would like to see him fight Abregu even but fight guys in your weightclass and not lay down guy either real contenders..

throw marquez in with the tougher fighter,although i don't think much of berto,at this point he's more dangerous than mosley,i just don't think marquez can go up that much in weight,with pac it can be done at 140 but manny will not come down,he only wants his opponent to do those things,this fight will happen only if marquez fights another welter and waiting for him to get older and beat up

Not a good fight for berto, JMM is one of the best at counter-punching, bertos defense is shaky, the size difference may be an issue for jmm but it would be a hell of a close fight
