It's the only way to justify his contradicting and hypocritical actions. He has an agenda and certain fighters including Floyd are not on it, just as Mosley wasn't back in 2009 when he was Champ or Berto an undefeated WW Champ, JMM a LW Champ and Martineza former JMW Champ and current MW Champ.

Speaking of Arum's agenda, be on the look out for Pac vs Cotto II next year AT 154 no matter what happens. For some reason it will pan out to be Floyd's fault even if he's returned and looking for a fight. Remember Arum has an agenda.

Weight, gloves, purse split are all real issues in boxing. They have been there since time immemorial. So looking back Floyd was never really sincere in the first place. It was all bluff. Even if Manny agreed to the ridiculous demand preceded by the most vicious and embarrassing accusations of roiding without proof, Floyd would find a way to duck what he agreed to, believe me. I still remember how jubilant Arum was when he was scouting for a venue. Man, the old man thought it was real.

If Mayweather wanted a way out of that fight, do you really think that he would have accepted 50/50? or that silly 10mil per pound demand?

He would have used one of five excuses, and ALL of them would be better than your one..... because, Manny could have simply taken the test.

* OST's are HARMLESS !!
* OST's will be mandatory within a couple of decades
* OST's are mandatory NOW in ALL top amateur sports

But this is the main point.....
* Currently, if an amateur athlete avoids or obstructs an OST request, they are JUDGED GUILTY, by the sanctioning body, and by the public in general.

THE SAME WILL HAPPEN in a few years, because OST will be mandatory at that point in time.

In the future, boxing fans will wonder why Manny insisted upon a cut-off date - which will seem bizarre, because.....
a.) there is no such thing as a cut-off date for OST's
b.) EVERYBODY will be taking OST's as per regulation, at that point in time

Team Pacquiao gave a total of 6 ridiculous excuses why Manny would not undertake random blood tests - which is a fkn joke. Requiring 6 different excuses means that none of them were any good, they just didn't want to take blood tests simple as that......

Ummmm..... I think putting in a contract, a 10MIL dollar weight
penalty is more of a bluff then asking for a damn blood test.
They figured that Floyd would never agree to a possibility of
him losing 10MIL. Once Floyd agreed, Arum and the rest of
the bunch put up another road block. Look at my sig for pete's
sake! Roach was ready to make Pac/Mayweather a catchweight
fight when both are in the WW division. You Pac fans have got
to be kidding me. The hate for Mayweather is so great that Arum,
Roach and Pac have become the most honest people in the sport.
Mayweather is not even talking about fighting and all Arum is
doing is mentioning Floyd then fighting Mosley, who Floyd already
beat when it meant something, while Pac and Roach declined the
offer. When Mosley was about to fight Mayweather, people
actually thought Floyd was in trouble and could possibly lose
BUT now that Pac is fighting him. Everyone think the fight is
a joke. You tell me who is the real one(s) who don't want the
fight.

Schaefer believes that Arum's position of leaving it up to
the commission is him "moving the goal post."

off USADA, and they are going to come and say only urine testing
if that's what the commission says. It's really frustrating.

While Arum is making plans for an alternative fight for Pacquiao
against former junior welterweight titlist Paulie Malignaggi -- who
has also accused Pacquiao of using PEDs -- if the Mayweather
fight falls apart, Schaefer said he hasn't discussed an alternative
with Mayweather.

"We haven't discussed anybody else because the fight we want
to bring to the fight fans is the one with Pacquiao," he said. "The
focus is on getting Mayweather-Pacquiao done while Bob is making
calls everywhere on the Malignaggi fight. That shows his focus is
not on Mayweather.

Yeah right, that's why a third party had to step in (Ross Greenburg, HBO) to try help the fight manifest...but Team Fraud lied, stating that there were never negotiations the 2nd time...but Greenburg stated there was. Fraud never wanted the fight...he's still on vacation with no i.d. 4am in the morning trying to get into his community. Like a gentlemen said before, no pain-no glory, no i.d.-no entry.
