This is exactly why I mentioned that fighters should freeze out Pacquiao and Mayweather so they'd be forced to make the fight. It's simple, take the tests, Pacquiao. Just make sure that he understands that they aren't taking blood every day.

Manny put on 13lbs of muscle ( " nearly 15lbs " )in 9 months, skipping through three divisions, whilst increasing power/speed..... all the while refusing random blood tests.

The honest Congroidsman...A grown man who fights in a professional sport most of his life doesn't question what Ariza gives him that "Manny has no idea what's in it". After his own strength and conditioning coach makes a statement like that. "Manny Excuses" doesn't want to know what's in it. If "Manny Excuses" knew what was in it he'd have to come off of the "Special shake" or he'd be implicating himself in the future when he comes out "not knowing" what was in it, and he's never "knowingly" did steroids, and his last fight was the "only" time he did it, while Ariza takes the fall for it.

The Clottey fight was a Flop Stank glorified sparring match for testing purposes. Flop Stank denied the 14 day window and took Clottey who was called a "good loser" by Arum before the fight even happened. Clottey got a bonus for losing. Clottey stood there and couldn't even attempt to make the fight look good while MAnny swung at him for 12 rounds.

The fight was set up to see if they could cycle out the PED's in a 14 day window.

After the fight all of a sudden Manny agrees to the 14 day cutoff but too bad for little Manny the offer was old and off the table. New terms for little Manny were set. And little MAnny Excuses couldn't agree to them.
