Have you read Teri Tom's book re: his training and diet transformation? She explains what Manny did to prepare for the ODLH, as far as eating, trainining etc. Manny did lower his BF percentage, and it is explained thoroughly.
Or did you just look at boxrec and come up with your own conclusions. was that more convenient for you NSB warrior?
