He fights for the fans and legacy, FLOYD fights for money only and doesn't care about his fans. MOSLEY at this point only fights for money. JIN hit him hard with that divorce. THAT GOLD-DIGGIN' SLUT! BERTO is the most logical fight for him in my book. It would be a HUGE challenge for MANNY to win and it would be a great fight for the fans! UNIFICATION is what MANNY should be doing. That's more impressive to us than beating up on OLD MEN. This is all about ARUM and cashing in as much as possible from MANNY. He doesn't care about him for anything else. If you look at ARUM really close, he looks like an old HITMAN MAFIA TYPE. hahahaha.

As far as Floyd bs Martinez I don't see that happening for the simple fact that Floyd can make more money facing Manny, Khan, or Cotto.

I see Floyd facing Manny in November and regardless of the outcome...him facing Khan in the UK. If Khan beats Bradley, which I'm sur he will, a fight with Floyd would be huge.

Sergio is too high risk low reward, and I can't see Floyd taking this fight if bigger fights, money wise, are still on the table.

BTW with Mosley I'm not 100% sure he gave Arum rights on his next fight but due to me knowing how Arum roles and the nature of the business side of boxing....I'm pretty confident that's whats happening. Like I mentioned earlier, if Shane fights under the top rank banner next....that pretty much confirms that's what happened when he signed to fight Manny.

Yea, I never actually thought the fight would happen. Just as I don't see Pac fighting Sergio either. But its a fight as a fan of Floyd's I would like to see.

Mayweather Khan in Europe will make some noise but after the fact its just another replay of Hatton. Same hype, dudes supposed to have FLoyd's # and by the time the fights over everyone will complain how FLoyd fought a JWW and cherry picked another "smaller" fighter. Its weak and too technically easy for Floyd IMO. I would HATE to see that fight signed. As for Mayweather fighting Cotto? Now? That doesn't even sound appealing. Cotto or Margarito. Both those guys are just shop worn fighters and IF Mayweather clowned them just as he did Mosley it would be just that, they where already destroyed shop worn fighters.

Mayweather IMO assuming he does 1 fight a year he should return for Pac, Martinez, Berto, PWILL... I know that wont happen at least not Martinez or PWILL. I don't think any top rank fighter other than Pac will step in the ring with Floyd.

Anyway I know its not a FACT that Mosley signed with TR but like you said it makes a lot of sense and I will be on the look out while I think Mosley faces the loser of Cotto vs Margarito while the winner moves on to fight Martinez.

I think people will be shocked when Manny faces Floyd but you right I have taken the same route as you and held back from posting my breakdown of the fight until it actually gets signed.

As far as Berto vs Mayweather, that might happen soon as well. It's Haymon's call although if I'm not mistaken, he refuses to put his fighters against each other.

If it does happen, Ill give Floyd full credit for the win.

Fair enough. I would also give Floyd credit but its nothing to brag about. It will just look bad if Arum decides that Berto is "big enough" now that he fought Floyd and wants a Pac vs Berto fight.

I guess it would be a great tune up for Floyd. Pac vs Mosley, Mayweather vs Berto. Winners face winner, loser face losers? Then again if Mosley signed with TR that goes out the window.

Hopefully 2011 brings us some good matches.

My opinion on Pac-Shane is similar to everyone else's, but Berto shouldn't be getting the fight either. The guy has built his career on fighting handpicked opponents, the only thing separating him from Jan Zaveck is a shedload of undeserved HBO attention and a win over Collazo that most people think should've gone the other way.

If we're talking about earning your shot, Bradley has done far more than Berto.

The only stiff competition Berto has faced recently is Lucien Bute in the 'cherrypicker of the year' competition.

PK mah homie. The only thing out there for Berto right now is either the mega fights(Floyd or Manny), or to unify the titles(Which is what I think he should do while he waits in line). He's too big to drop to 140, where it's hella hot, but I think in the next 12-18 months those monsters at 140 will be up at WW running through eachother there. I mean Berto's got the flagship of the titles right now in the WBC. The other title holders SHOULD be knocking the doors down trying to get at Andre not the other way around. The only one woofin to Andre right now is Cintron, and really what can Cintron do for Andre Berto at this point?

Cintron could kick the **** out of him that's for starters..Berto imo lost to Collazo and was almost knockout as well,if he is taking those shots from Cintron(which he will he squares up way too much)his lights will be put out..IMO he needs to fight someone who he can get some real credit for..Cintron,Margarito,Clottey,Cotto are all names he would get major credit for..I'd even give him credit for Jan Zaveck..
