Pathetic response.....why fight bigger fighters if THEY cant be at a weight they are comfy at? SIZE doesnt mean **** if the guys you are fighting has boxing skills far below yours. How can you fight for a 154lb title when your a smaller fighter but you make the BIGGER fighter weigh the same as you? Advantage who?

Again if being outweighted doesn't matter then why have weight classes? And we arn't debating the caliber of mannys last opponents we are debating the catchweight. Have you ever taken the time to think that maybe, just maybe, the reason a Morales who couldn't even beat C Class fighters beat Pac in their first fight was because Pac isn't as great as you think he is? 1-5 buddy. And Pac fought Morales smack in the middle of that. Loss to Barerra, win over Pac, loss to Raheem, loss to Pac, loss to Pac, loss to Diaz. That's how that went. That's a pretty clear indication that he was no longer at his best.

I don't know what Barerra became after Junior Jones. I know he had two classic fights with Morales and beat an overrated Hamed. I just know that Pac didn't do anything to Barerra that hadn't already been done.

Once again, how can one say that the version of JMM that fought Mayweather isn't as good as the one that beat, yes beat Pac a year earlier. I mean, he beat Pac, then he turned around and KO'd Casamayor and Diaz who had never been stopped. Then after Mayweather, he's still looking like a beast. Personally, I don't he was as effective as a welterweight as he is as a lightwieght. But we only have a one fight resume to base that on.

BTW, I find it ironic that Pac's fans have no issue pointing out that Mayweather looked more effective against a "lesser" version of JMM. But, they never mention that Pac was more effective against a lesser version of de la Hoya. Why is that?

whatever rocks your boat son. Pac fought more elite hofs than Floyd. He has more lineal titles. He has a better resume at welterweight than Floyd. I personally dont know how Floyd fans can critisice pacs resume when its a whole lot better than Floyds.

Exactly. Most great boxers can amass strings of knockouts at lighter weight classes, but as they move up, they box their way to victories because they can't dominate with the power that they had at lighter weights.

To answer your question, not a sole on here would give Mayweather credit if he did something like that, point blank. 'Pistol Whip' would be amongst the first to question it.
