Bhop unified all the belts at mw. Bhop was served up to Trinidad who was decapitating mw's. Do you remember? Trinidad was 40-0. Prime.
Decapitating mw's?? The only MW he decapitated before fighting BHop was Joopy. Lol at prime Trinidad. 160 pound Trinidad was NOT a prime Trinidad. Trinidad's best run was at 147 and his best win was probably Vargas at 154. 160 was not Trinidad at his best. He's 3-2 at 160. C'mon...

Name me manny's "Trinidad" win. Name the divisions he beat any and all comers in and all the other beltholders?

Pacquiao fighting and defeating Barrera at 126 is much better than BHop beating Trinidad at 160.

Let's settle for a very close to prime Trinidad.

Trinidad was obviously not the same after the BHOP fight. Agani's here's another psoter using what's happened SINCE the fight to revise Bhop's resume. Anyone can do that. I'm guesssing you didn't think Trinidad was over the hill when he was 1-2 pfp at the time of the fight.

        Glen Johnson was 30something-0.
        Trinidad 40-0.
Jt was a disputed loss but he was like 21-0
        kelly pavlik was around 30-0.
        Joe cal was like 39-0.
roy was 21-0 when the fought I believe.

Sure bhop has some l's on his record, but he's challenged himself vs a greater array of fighters by far than manny and Floyd and that's why he's atg.

He has no decisive losses since roy. I'd rather my guy fight better fighters than pick and choose leftovers and over the hill long past it guys.

Just even trying to type that the margs win for PAC shi ts on the pavlik or pascal wins warrants your boxing card getting pulled.

        The truth right here ^^

He was the underdog against Pavlik, Calzaghe, Pascal, Tarver and Trinidad, so who out of Mayweather or Pacquiao has taken on the kind of challenges B-Hop has taken? It's easy really, NONE.

Manny's Trinidad win? Barrera. Top 5 p4per, coming off embarrassing Hamed, Pacquiao was given little chance, and he obliterated him. He hasn't dominated a division because he's too busy moving up and obliterating guys. He seems to be in the process of cleaning out welterweight, in case you didn't notice.

Floyd doesn't have a win quite like the Trinidad win, I'll give you that. He did clean out 130. By the way, I have not once argued that Floyd belongs higher on an ATG list than Hopkins.
You're right, my bust. I like talking and debating boxing with you Bojang.

Tua's different, he's ******ed. Margs was a better win than Pavlik? Or Bhop's fights with pascal and jt? Cotto was just a tune up?

            WTF?

Anyway, back to your post, Barrera was definitely Manny's career defining win. Trinidad was on a whole different level to me at the time, just because everyone thought he was gonna steamroll hopkins and he was 1-2 pfp with a ****. He just beat Vargas 2 fights before and was on a roll. Barerra had a recent loss to morales and the other L's from Junior that were fairly recent.

Who would argue that, that Tito wasn't in his prime at 47? He was still a good MW, he showed great power there when he stopped Joppy. Bernard will always have his number, especially Winky...regardless of weight.

I have to agree man....alot will say Pac is the best but **** it he's overrated by the media and the *******s. He's an ATG but I don't give him any credit for his Mayweather is the best overall but the last time BHOP lost or drew someone was Jermain Taylor II. He was robbed in the first Taylor fight, the Calzaghe fight, and Pascal fight...Just my opinio man.....Hopkins aint as physically talented as either fighter but he's a ****in inspiration and built from the same cloth as Archie Moore, Ezzard Charlesss

Okay so now we're comparing a close to prime Trinidad to a close to prime Barrera. It's really no question here. Especially when you add in the huge weight advantage BHop had. I'm not exaggerating huge either.

                      They don't understand.

But the Margarito win was better than the Pavlik win! LOL! It's a better win when everyone and their mom knew Manny was gonna smash, but most people thought BHOP was gonna get blasted out vs Pavlik. LOL!!!!
