Marquez is slagging Pacquiao's choice of Mosley, and nothing more.

You seem to have Marquez mixed up with Manny. Marquez is a true P4P champion, he doesn't hide behind catch-weights, fighting shop-worn/beaten opponents, and ducking real challenges.....

Marquez Replies: If Pacquiao Wants 147, Let's Fight at 147!

Marquez is only as credible as his last statement!! As far as everyone knows, Marquez is NOT out of the running, YET he is making a statement that Pac should fight Berto!! You think Marquez should just GIVE UP and publicly say "oh Pac should fight Berto"?? That's idiotic!!! It CONTRADICTS EVERYTHING HE HAS SAID THE LAST MONTH!!! It makes him look like a fool!! Who really knows now if he really wants to fight Pacquiao!! If he did, he would concede to all of Manny's demands just like Shane conceded to Floyd!!

Marquez & Golden Boy played ALL THEIR CARDS WRONG!! First it was T-shirts, then it was asking double the purse and now it's "Pac should fight Berto"!! MORONS!!

f u c k it i am getting tired of this back and forth from the three possible opponents. i mean at the end its who ever bob/manny will decide on but whom ever they choose i will be fine with. because i have no favorite boxers and best of luck to who ever gets the match

I want people to stop comparing Pacquiao with the all time greats. Manny is a great fighter, but not an all time great. I got caught up in the hype for a minute. But now that I've had time to think about it, Manny is great at beating handpicked opponents.Legends like Ali, Robinson, Hagler, and even Leonard fought whoever the best was no matter how difficult their style was. The legendary fighters knew how to adapt to whoever was in the ring with them. The fight might end up being ugly, but they would dig down deep and win. The last time Manny had to dig down deep was against Marquez who is an intelligent boxer who made Manny think in the ring. Notice, he hasn't fought that style fighter since. To be an all time great or legend of the ring, he'll have to beat Marquez in a 3rd fight. He will also have to face Mayweather, and Berto, the top welterweights.Beat them, then there is no arguement. Then, before he goes out, give an up and comer a shot at superstardom. Fighters like Bradley, Khan, and Maidana deserves the same chance that De La Hoya gave Manny and Floyd. The moves Arum is making for Manny will make him a very rich man, but not an all time great.

How about Pacquiao vs Mosley, and the winner fight Sergio?

One of those guys would step up, but the other one.....

                    Marquez....LOL

He beats Marquez twice already becuase the judge made a mistake in the scoring. And Floyd Vacation....well he doesn't have the urge and is not desprate at the moment.

Read the article again, you have somehow completely missed the point.....

" IF Marquez can't secure the third fight, he doesn't feel Mosley is a deserving party "

Your insinuation that Marquez is now inexplicably not interested in a Pacquiao fight, is grossly exaggerated, to be polite.

Perhaps read the whole article again, so that you can evaluate that particular comment in context.
