What was Shane doing 2 years ago? Think real hard Chief. (answer: he was winning). JMM is doing the same thing... Just that ONE, SINGLE FACT alone validates that JMM deserves a SHOT OVER Mosley. Only problem is that shot should take place AT 140... and that is a problem. While Mosley shouldn't be mentioned at all and JMM doesn't fight AT 147 and we know Pac ONLY want to fight AT 147 than BERTO the WBC "UNBEATEN" WW Champion would be the OBVIOUS choice. How come this is NOT so obvious? Are people really that dumb? You're not dumb are you?

If there was NO set weight and Manny was just looking to fight the list should look like this.... pay attention, you might learn a thing or two...

1. Mayweather AT 147 for the title of UNDISPUTED #1 P4P
2. Martinez AT 154 (Pac can actually earn "his" JMW title)
3. Berto AT 147 to unify the WW titles
4. JMM AT 140 (notice its AT 140, not 147)
5. Bradley/Alexander AT 140 or 147

I bet your thinking "wha wha whaa whaa abo abo aboutttt Mosley"? Mosley's irrelevant, hasn't won a fight in 2 years and he last fought AT 154. There is nothing to justify Pac picking to fight Mosley in 2011. (Two years ago when he was winning there was, Pac didn't want the fight then... remember????)

There is also nothing to justify Pac fighting JMM AT 147...... The list above is what we should get AT the weights listed.

Not Pac picking and choosing certain fighters AT certain weight classes AT certain weights... especially when these "selected" fighters are subpar fighters like Margarito and now Mosley. Let alone Clottey... when's the last time Clottey won a fight? I'll save you the trouble in 2008 vs Judah... lol Really judah? Beating Judah and losing to Cotto gets you a shot at Pac? It appears so since old man Mosley hasn't even done that. GTFOH.....

Next time an article has "Ripped" in it there should be some harsh words in it. All Marquez did was state what a lot of fans and boxing media has stated already that Mosley has not looked good in his last two fights.

You seem to have Marquez mixed up with Manny. Marquez is a true P4P champion, he doesn't hide behind catch-weights, fighting shop-worn/beaten opponents, and ducking real challenges.....

golden boy or not what has mosley done to deserve a fight with manroid ?the ship already sailed on that fight manroid shouldve fought him 2 years ago! he just got his butt-kicked twice in a row, hes soo old and washed -up. nobody wants to see manroid a dude in his prime beating up yet another old-washed up ex-champ, let alone for 60$ fack that shiatt! no way! why is the bar soo low for manny but soo high for other fighters ??? pac hasnt fought a single opponent in their career or physical prime since jmm!! its soo obvious, and plain to see and in boxing that makes all the difference, between competetive matchups and mismatches or garbage like we keep getting from team pac. im not spending my money on that crap anymore till he fights somebody thats actually riding a win streak looking good and is champ no more garbage enuff is enuff. martinez,berto,jmm,winner of alexander-bradley, or canelo or just retire pac your embarrassing yourself.

Marquez's campaign blitz to be Pacquiao's next main opponent is apparent and clear. I still think that he is overrating himself by pricing himself way beyond while criticizing Mosley's last two opponents.

Same thing with Marquez here though. From the embarrasing Chris John performance (as he declined to fight Pacquiao there) and to fight Katsidis whom I think is a bit overrated likewise.

Though he fought Katsidis valiantly coming from a KD on the early rounds, he came back impressively to win. But it is still a Katsidis whom he has defeated. And so I think that his campaign towards a Pacquiao fight is very obvious here.

Pacquiao, on the other hand, fought Clottey and Margarito...who though much bigger and stronger than Pacquiao, whom he both beat up impressively are nevertheless "cherry-picking" likewise.

Same thing goes with Mayweather who fought an old Mosely and a bloated Marquez in his last two fights.

So who remains without their "flaws"? NO ONE.
