What is there to gain for Berto by facing what you call "old man Mosley"? And once again the fight was signed and sealed before the earthquake in haiti. So stop hatin!!

That's right guys !! The fight was sealed, and in the earthquake, lot of Berto's family died. Like 8 of them. Im from Dominican Republic, and believe me....I fealt the shake badly !!.....

First of all it wasn't his immediate family and I would fight make millions of dollars so I would be in a much better place to help them.

if i remember correctly, wasnt his sister missing or something? it was his family tho anyhow. Doesnt mean hes not CLOSE to them!! You might not be close to you NON immediate family but some are!! If thats the case,(and it was) how could focus on fighting, when his Family is fighting to survive??
Some can even fight the day after those closest to them die! Some cant handle the distractions!! I dont blame him for dropping out! Shane didnt either, even before the MayW chance came about!!!

There you go Berto get out there and stir up some drama. So people know who you are. So the casual fans can see that Pacquiao is ducking prime fighters and going after old, tired guys with big names. I dont care about what yall say about Berto and his resume. You guys are all afraid of Berto knocking pac off. Which is what I believe will happen. I've seen you refer to things Max said about Pac a couple of times now. So how do you feel about Max saying that Floyd is waiting for Manny to get old and battle worn?

The only reason I'd want to see Pac vs Mosley is to see if Pac has got the power to KO him..

I personally don't want to see another Pac vs Clottey type fight, where the only competitive part about it is whether or not they'll make it through the full 12 rounds.

sad to say, but if pac is going to fight at 147... he really DOESNT have much options... the only beltholders are shane & berto. everyone else at WW are retreads... maybe bradley, if he goes back up to WW... but i think pac out-hussles bradley any day... at least at this point in their careers.

bottom line, berto/shane is more relevant than either of them facing pac at this point, IMO

Pac vs. Marques with Berto vs. Mosley on the under card. That would be a big fight for Cinco De Mayo weekend. The winners and losers can fight each other in fall.

Because the Floyd vs. Shane showdown was already on tap. So instead of Andre waiting, he signed to fight Carlos.

Remember that Quintana fight was in April. Shane and Floyd were already done with the tour by the time the fight took place.
