to your question: there are no minimum weight limit in boxing, is only maximum weight limit rule. so if pac want tittle shot for HW (200lbs) and he only weighed 144 lbs HE CAN, if the comission approve it.
in margo fight pac weght is 144,6lbs(or ,9 i forgot) and margo is 150lbs, so with only 5 lbs different the comission approve the fight.

but yeah, the title was BULLSHEIT

i want berto....he has his youth, strong, natural WW, fast and fresh......while Mosley and Marquez are leftovers.....No need to fight them as no legacy comes with it since both guys were dominated by Floyd....But if i were to choose between Mosley and Marquez i will will choose Mosley coz he almost KO Floyd twice and Marquez didn't win a round and was knockdown by Floyd...Marquez fighting above 135 is a joke....All his fight at 135 were very hard as he was hit too much by a punch on his face and ended up battered after the fight against bum and c class fighters...How much more at a higher weight and against an elite fighters.....Khan, Devon, Maidana and Bradley will slaughter Marquez in first round....Marquez better stay at 135 and fight an elite and not faded and semi retired Morales at 135.....
