Brandon Rios cut from 157-139 overnight, Why cant Pacquiao go down to 140 anymore?

Why doesnt he go back down to 140? Are there too many out of house fighters there? He only has to cut 4-6 pounds which is NOTHING.



If rios can cut from 157-139 lbs im pretty sure pacquiao can

Manny and freddie know that if they meet JMM at 140 he has a much better chance of winning the fight an they cant have that!!! They know 147 is to much weight for him so thats where manny will want to fight him!!!

But if he fights shane then im guessing manny will be more then happy to go back to 140 again!!!
