Brandon Rios cut from 157-139 overnight, Why cant Pacquiao go down to 140 anymore?

Why doesnt he go back down to 140? Are there too many out of house fighters there? He only has to cut 4-6 pounds which is NOTHING.

it's a fact that pac had problems when he was weighing lighter,he build his legacy on fighting slow weight drained fighters ..idiots still think the "small" man is beating all these big fighters ..each and every fighter came in drained and each fighter could NOT defend his title at the supposed weight they all had to cut down on weight to comfort pac.

but just think about his fights when he was weighing less,he got a beating in every fights..i had respect for him back then ..nowdays he's a nobody he's fighting floyds left overs and damaged goods.
