You just got added to my ignore list for the dumbest remark yet. Who needs defense? This is boxing, not tough man contest.

With an iron chin and devestating punches, who needs defense? The man is 48-2 with his only 2 losses comming from the same person. Then you say you'd sub Corrales into his spot. Castillo/Corrales, oh man, that was a defensive fight if I've ever seen one.....
You go on to insult Winky than for being boring when he has one of the best defenses in all of boxing. I assume you're looking for a medium in between the two, but c'mon.
I guess being exciting in your book = forgetting your defense. This is boxing and believe or not defense is a major component of boxing.
Analogy: The Morales-Barrera fight was like watching an NBA AllStar game. No one takes it seriously and they end up scoring 150 points each since nobody gives a **** to guard and block shots. Wouldn't it be boring if every NBA game was like the NBA all star game?

Lemme get this straight...you are knocking Morales for being too exciting and for not having a great defense and then you double back and knock Winky Wright for being TOO GOOD defensively? Ahahaha...
It's sad when the only thing you can say bad about a guy is that you don't like his jab and think his defense is gay.

My favorite fighter of all-time is Pernell Whitaker. Most boring fighter to watch for many people, but not me. I thought he was exciting and loved watching him work.
Quit with the defense lectures kid.
What you aren't thinking about, is that lesser fighters in that division would have been outta there fighting the forms of Morales and Barerra that fought that night. They were by far and away the best in the division. It's not like these guys are unskilled brawlers, so I don't see what you are trying to say by "they are forgetting defense".
That fight was one of the best fights in the history of the sport, it's ridiculous that you're even trying to pick it apart.
Mayweather said it too, it wasn't just me. That's not the kind of a fight I like, especially if I'm going to call the fighter pound for pound.

While watching the fight, I was thinking either Morales or Barrera will stop this and start putting up a defense. Nope, it didn't happen. They kept sluggin.
