PPV has no place in boxing anymore. Boxing is fading to complete fringe sport because of this and networks that charge money. Why the **** can't abc or NBC start putting on big fights? The marketing alone they can do what make boxing big again.

I don't see how he gives Sergio any problems at all.
I watched Zbiks last 3 fights live and was looking forward to his fights and still am.

I think he never faced such a lefty like Martinez whos at his peak.

Why doesn't Sturm come over and fight for the title?

Zbik is ranked 10 on boxrec. Still, I want to see Sergio defend the MW title, so whatever.

          Sturm already fights in January.

Zbik is his mandatory right? May as well get that **** out of the way.

Id rather see Martinez get paid to go over there and fight him, though. This fight isn't really HBO quality unless it's an undercard.

Mara, what do you think of light heavyweight Dustin Dirks?

I think he's more talented than Sebastian Zbik, although perhaps not yet quite as skilled.

I have Dirks on my list of favorite fighters, Zbik is not there though. I like Dustin's more aggressive boxer-puncher style better.

Even if Martinez crushes Zibik in like 3 rds, he knows how to play to the crowd. Martinez is the people's champ and dude is his mandatory, let them fight. Martinez beats this guy then he beats Cotto up in a bad way.

I've to watch more fights of him against better competition,
I mean hes 21 he seems like a beast for a causal fan, very entertaining to watch.......... Hes moved slowly so maybe in two or three years we can picture him with some world rated fighters. (if hes not already outboxed or KTFO himself)

It's still a joke this fight is even being picked up by HBO. It's no different from Pavlik-Lockett and they said they'd stray away from those types of fights.
                    I agree 110%. What a crap fight.

                    Golovkin and Pirog were availible.
