Do you think Roach is a bit disappointed with Khan

Although Khan won the fight with Maidana he didn't exactly look brilliant in doing so. His defense is horrible and he was basically out on his feet in round 10. Roach said before the fight that Khan wouldn't lose a round and that Amir would knock Maidana out by round 6. Anyone think that Roach will be unhappy with Khan's overall performance?

roach is just happy khan got out of the fight alive.

but khan could've won the fight a lot easier.

Roach does'nt teach defense, just look at his fighters... They all seem easy to hit just like he was when he fought..

Can't get mad or disappointed if you don't teach a guy the art of D.

nahhh i dont see it. even if he becomes the man at 140(which i dont think he will) there are a lot of up and coming guys at ww that can ****. guys that i think khan cant beat unless his defense improves. and lets not forget about this one special kid jose benavidez. i really believe among all the up and coming fighters he has the tools to be the next great boxer.

benavidez looks like he can be something really special. but these up and comers need at least a couple more years to be even considered a potential p4p king. they need to crack the top 10 list first.

people were really high on khan too, until he got ktfo. he redeemed himself and people already have faith in khan again.

i think khan will be at the top once pac and floyd retire.

whether he will be there for awhile is a better question. it will be at least a couple years for guys like benevidez and canelo to step up.
