Tszyu dominated the division twice. He got stopped by Vernon Phillips that was undefeated at 140 lb (he had lost at 147). ODLH and Floyd wouldn't even mention him, Mosley leaped from 135 to 147 and Kostya wasn't going to 147. Don't think he has enough names to be a HOF but he was avoided by other top fighters.
