I've watched the fight a few times and I don't remember that (although its been a couple of years). I know Mitchell had to stop because of his knee in the first one but i just remember Kostya flat out outclassing Mitchell in the second fight. I also remember Mitchell giving it up to Tszyu in the post-fight interview and I don't recall him mentioning an injury.

I think I would favor Kostya, I think was underrated skilled, he was a poorman JCC, but I think he also relied on his size and strength at 135. And, like many fighters who rely on size and strength in one weight(ex Marg/Hatton so on) don't hold those advantages when they move in weight.

Winning H2H doesn't really mean anything. Because a lot of stuff would be due to styles. Saddler beat Pep 3 out of 4 times. But, you won't find a respectable ATG list that has Saddler ahead of Pep.

I think if you use Boxrec to look up resumes and make an argument from boxrec, that's when you don't know much about boxing. I remember Mitchell having that bad knee after the first bout. His mobility was limited, and that's what he needed.
