Yes he did, check ur facts! JMM called FMJ out & floyd's team said "be careful what you wish for", remember? Not too long the fight was announced.

Outright? How so when they had a big clock and a midnight conference call waiting to hear from him?

The deadline impose was exactly the time when they set the motion for Marg re-license and nogotiations..

They negotiated with May first, then when there was no response after the deadline, they set the motion of re-licensing Marg... Both will take time.. To negotiate with Floyd or negotiate and re-license Marg..

They never spoke to Floyd, never spoke to GBP. Second, Margarito said in FEBRUARY that he was fighting Pacquiao next. Third...why was there a deadline when weeks later, they still hadn't nailed down specifics for a fight? Clearly timing wasn't an issue.

Greenburg said he was the liaison with both camps so there was initial negotiatons.. In fact, lets call it proposal instead of negotiation..Had there was positive response from the proposal, detailed negotiations would have followed...

Margarito said they were fighting in Feb but there was no signed agreement yet.. Nothing set in stone...
