no it doesnt. read the article. its the last letter. fischer adresses if pac fights mosley. BUT the majority of the criticism coming from the reader is about pac fighting hatton, cotto, margarito and clottey. which fischer justifies IMO.

I don’t remember anybody calling for pac to fight magarito but I do remember Mosley going to roach after the Hatton fight before the cotto fight and he gat turned down twice even after he was willing to go down to 140 to fight pac roach said he was too good back then. it's simply a matter of choice...not ducking. pac chose to fight cotto instead of shane...i think any fighter would do the same as pac did for all good intents so i don't know why people are saying pac ducked mosley. if he chose mosley people will say he ducked cotto so either way pac will still get hate from haters like you.
