Tyson's aura and terror was mostly to the fans and possibly LHW Michael Spinks. Thats where it ended. Other people weren't afraid of him. Heck, even Big George was begging him for a fight for years. Sure he had respect from other boxers, but whenever a live opponent got in the ring with Tyson, I mean someone who was close to prime, and in the top 15 ranked heavies, they always came out to win. Tyson was a great bum beater. Possibly the greatest. I dont mean that like, he fought only bums, I mean, if you put him in the ring with a journeyman, you knew what would happen.

Wlad's aura is much different. Wlad is aura is over other boxers. First of all, dont understimate the size. Guys see Wlad, and see this 6'6 1/2, physical freak. Tyson was ripped, but guys looked down at him, here's Wlad and all guys see is muscle as they look up at him. I read an article a while back in a weight lifting mag about how Wlad is much more physically imposing in person and how you dont really even appreciate how big he is until youre in the room with him. Then you have the fact Wlad gives you no opportunities to win. So even if guys do have the balls to fight him, he is going to punch them in the face, stay cool and collected and not give them opportunities. Top that off with the fact that Wlad is the reason why MMA is "safer" than boxing. Tyson is like MMA, it would be over quick or steam would start coming off those punches. Wlad, youre going to take repeated head trauma. It wont be quick, it will hurt and you will be seriously injured. You might feel a little better about yourself after losing to Wlad by TKO in the 9th as opposed to KO 1 for Tyson, but it wont matter because after Wlad you might never fight again.
Excellent post wish I could green k you but I am all out..

All the more reason why Tyson is overrated, Buster wasn't anything good to begin with and he KOd a prime, undefeated, undisputed world champ Tyson.

wladimir is almost 2 meter tall weight 110 kg and still fights like a *****. How can you compare him to tyson?

When Wladimir has the balls to step in the ring with Haye and stops fighting bums we will see how intimidating he is

Wlad is always much bigger than his opponents. Tyson was smaller and ****ed opponents up worse.

Just want to emphasize those bolded points of yours above. They are very true. To the boxing fans Tyson was animal, a scarry animal that they would want to be locked in the same room with alone, because he was an animal (****, multiple assaults that still continue to this day, ear-biting, etc.). But to other pro-boxers, Tyson was not intimidating, they knew they had a shot against him and were willing to take a beating for big payday.

Now take Wlad, to the average person on the street, he is a nice guy, a PhD, speaks 4 languages, a polite gentleman, a guy that a girl could bring to her parents basically. So he is not intimidating to the average fan, in fact, Wlad would be someone you could talk **** to on the street and know he is not going to cave your face in because you know he will control himself.

But to a pro-boxer, Wlad is a ****ing monster, a monster that Tyson never was. Wlad gives a fighter such a beating, that those beating wind up being career-ending beatings, he takes a fighter's soul and physical health. Especially to supposedly "street-thug" type boxers, they can't understand how this supposedly "pansy" who is a doctor and speaks four languages and helps old ladies across the street, just gave them the worst beating of their lives. That's why Wlad is more intimidating than Tyson - to other pro-boxers.

Yeah, none of those guys have ever proven anything, you are right, they are total novices and jokes...

Your post can't be taken seriously...
If I have to explain how Valuev is a joke, then I feel bad for you.

Povetkin became a joke the second he turned down a mandatory shot at the heavyweight champ.

Adamek is the truth at light heavy and cruiser, he has barely anything at heavyweight.

Haye has beaten Valuev and Ruiz.

                Wow. Real murderers row.

Yet Tyson is the one that quit against McBride and quit against Holyfield (getting DQd is quitting), Wlad NEVER quit.

Oh, and Lewis was bigger than most of his opponents, and so was Ali (yes, Ali was bigger more times than his opponent than Wlad against his opponent).

Now get out of that dream world, and start living in reality, he didn't, did he? It's all conjecture in your head, right? A hypothetical...

Peter, Ibragimov, Chambers, and Chagaev had/have all better resumes and records than Buster. Williams, and McBride, and you saw what those guys did to Tyson.

You said earlier that Wlad ran out of top rated conteders and that's why they are ducking him, I gave you four examples of top rated contenders or current/former champs that ducked him. So you were wrong there, that's all I was arguing, I wasn't arguing abou the greatness of those guys.
