Year-round testing isn't full testing. Testing is done at the discretion of WADA and not EVERY sport is year-round. So I don't know what you're talking about there.

Well, I do agree that they definitely don't want to discuss Manny's fear of full testing. I wouldn't either if I was a Pac fan. Actually, that's not true so I don't know.
