But that being said, Floyd gave into all of Manny's demands, and Manny couldn't do the same for Floyd. So I say (still) that the fight is clearly in Manny's hands. All he has to do is agree to OST. That's it. Noting more to it. If the fight STILL doesn't get made, I'll be the first to say that Floyd is a ducking coward.
No I don't think he should, Floyd should just drop the demand or stay on vacation missing out on the payday while Manny pulls in a few smaller ones against the guys Floyd should have fought.

You've still not come up with anything of relevance. Here's an idea for you: Why doesn't he take the tests for the sake of his own integrity, and to prove to his followers that he isn't in fact a cheat? (Like he is suspected of being.) Wouldn't that be enough for a man as "humble" as Pacquiao? Face it: You people are supporting a fraud.

Floyd's got his faults. I'll be the first to admit it. But at least Floyd fans don't have the tendency to put him on a GOD-like pedestal and REFUSE to accept a bad word said about him. And I could take knocks at Pacquiao for his life outside the ring, like Pacquiao fans do to Floyd, but I won't take that route. I'll criticize him for what he does in regards to professional boxing, and how it effects me as a fan.
He doesn't even have to do it for that reason. Pacquiao fans just suck his d*ck regardless. Why doesn't he just do it because it's not a big ****ing deal? Like threatening people with millions in fans or asking them to come in at a weight they don't want to make? Just ****ing do it and STFU.

He didn't have to do anything similar to any of his previous opponents outside of the Olympics...

Pacquiao should just retire instead of fighting anyone. Imagine the backlash from that...

Yeah, so what is your point? And if Pacquiao retires the only backlash will be from his cornball fans who were looking forward to his next mediocre PPV. I'd rather he retire than do that.

How about why don't we stop pretending as if "all requests" is what's killing the fight? I don't seem to recall Floyd having any problems with Manny's requests? So how about Manny just take a test that isn't any bigger of a deal than him asking other people to do **** just because?

Haha...right. It's not as if the boxing media hasn't been on Mayweather's *** for retiring (and getting into legal trouble) instead of fighting.

Meaning it can be done without commissions so why is that necessary?

The boxing media gets on him for taking a piss. Pacquiao's fought two mediocre bouts in a row and people were actually praising him for the Margarito win like he did something special. Apples and oranges.
