What I said was about what Manny has a history of doing, and that is, imposing his OWN penalties for fighters that come in overweight WHEN the commissions already handle those situations. He did it to Cotto and Cotto has NEVER failed to make weight. Therefore, it is an obvious double standard when Pac fans cry about Floyd "changing the rules" when Manny has imposed his own penalties against EM and Cotto..two guys that haven't missed weight before.
