The way it goes is that if you accuse someone, with proofs YOU TAKE THE OTHER PARTY TO COURT, but there would be a "preliminary hearing" or a "preliminary determination" whether the accuser have enough proofs inorder to go with the proceedings.

Currently with the NSAC to act like the court is weak at that. So weak that they allow boxers to settle their own causes and troubles. That to me is a sign that they are either:

    • strapped for funding (which is the likely)
    • didn't know enough about the topic

The Nevada Sports Athletic Commission "certifies" and gives out licenses to boxers...therefore they also can revoke one's licenses (see Margarito). But one thing that is glaringly missing is their authority to order a blood test to end and would be all discussions about what is valid and what isn't in terms of protocols of negotiations in boxing competitions.

That's nice, fabie...but you aren't answering the question. You don't need to write all of this. The question is quite simple. Your argument is that Mayweather is requesting something without proof...again...what proof do the commissions have to ask any fighter for steroid testing? It's not that difficult to answer. Try and think through what I'm asking - it doesn't require a fact check on the NSAC.

I didn't state that the NSAC have been testing for PEDS, this is something that they should. Speculation from a boxer is perfectly alright...we all speculate but to take "speculation" and make it as your own "verdict" before competing is of another issue.

The Mayweather's have their legitimate speculation. No one can take that away from them, that is their own. But to say that they have "proofs" and therefore conclude that Manny is doping, is not just an accusation, that is an ALLEGATION WITHOUT DUE PROOFS.
And yet again, we have a question not being answered. Again...how did the commissions begin testing for steroids anyway? Do you know? I suspect you don't or you wouldn't DARE make the arguments you make.
