Manny Should Just............ fight someone who isnt 40 and hasn't looked pathetic in his last 2 fightsComment

Well more than likely the fight between these two will not happen unless both camps agree!!! And plus the words out there is that pacquiao might fight mosley!! So who knows?Comment

An accusation is just that....until you have more than a "probable cause" and "proofs".
You can go around the neighborhood and say:
•*I saw you stole my bike, we have to check your house.
That's illegal. Likewise, BLOOD TEST is an "invasion" of one's body, intrusive, one cannot force you to have a blood test just because one accuses you. That's the main gist of the argument here that the Mayweather doesn't seem to understand.
Then taking it on another level in "equating one's refusal of blood test into an 'admission of guilt'"
Just like in real life, one cannot go on someone's house to check for a "stolen object" unless THE ACCUSER HAS OBTAINED A SEARCH WARRANT issued by the court. But even that, it wouldn't go that far unless there's BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT that there is beyond just mere accusation.
Hell, I wouldn't let anybody stick needles just to prove their accusation if I am clean. That is a clear invasion of my body and privacy because I DO NOT HAVE TO DEFEND MYSELF because there are no charges against me - entitling me not to be subjected to a blood test.
That's why there are procedures and due process of law.

Thats not calling anyones bluff.
There are 2 logical arguements -
1... Maybe he didn't roid up against a lesser opponent, but would for someone like Floyd. (the ***** arguement)
Or 2.. most logical of all.. if you can take OST against whomever for whatever ammount of money.. why cant you take OST against Floyd for 40mil?Comment

I think because of this, I understand that Pacquiao will not relent to a test because of aggressive and illogical accusation....extending Mayweather's arrogance.
Even then, Pacquiao "compromised" to a 7 day before the fight day clearance of blood testing....
That is an initiative from Pacquiao's camp that at least, they wanted to go through the fight by compromising BUT THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE TO.Comment
