This is silly. A catchweight isn't necessary. Just make it a 147 limit fight (and maybe a rehydration clause like Bob said, but even that's not necessary IMO). Marquez comes in at 138-140 and rehydrates to 145 like he did against Katsidis. Pac comes in at 144-145 and rehydrates to 148-149 as usual. A whopping 3-4 lb difference in the ring. Plus Marquez will retain some speed and mobility and he has a legit shot at a WW belt.

Make that **** happen or move on to the next option
