You didn't know. Mayweather ducks everyone until he beats them. Then, when he beats them, its something wrong with them. I have an issue of The Ring magazine sittign in my closet talking about how he ducked Hatton. When he beats Hatton, Hatton was little, overrated blah, blah, blah. I can pull up numerous articles talking about how Mosley punked Money at the JMM postfight interview. Dan "Fatass" Rafael called Money out at the press conference about Mosley. Yet, when Money beats him 8 months later, he was old, washed up, inactive, blah, blah, blah.

jmm has nothing to prove at 140lbs or 147 because he put a beating on pac in 2 fights.he is 37 years old close to retirement and given the history its just absurd. again just because manny beat some washed up biggger fighters doesnt mean a litweight juan can too. on top of that theres no glory or incentive for jmm to go fight heavier dudes because none are pnd for pnd number 1.juan can be 135lbs and manny hevier and it will be a great fight, jmm isnt a spring chicken fighting at 140 or 147 (a)wouldnt make him money, (b)would get him a loss to a nobody, (3)nobody would want to watch it. jmm is in a unique situation, he deserves a manroid fight. jmm is a liteweight! he should stay at litweight and still get a fight against manroid, if thats what he truly wants.styles make fights not weights. just look manroid beat a 165 lb margarito, but wont face a sergio martinez whom on fightnight against williams weighd 166lbs! so is it the weight or the style manroid is avoiding ? its the styke not the weight! sergio is just too good at what he does, just like jmm is thats why they are asking a 37year old future hall of famer to fight at a total disadvantage.

So now you're thinking I'd pick Juan over Manny, based only on my observation?

However, when Cotto was the WBO 140 champ, his promotor cited that he was too green to fight Mayweather when Money wanted that fight. And when Money hit welter, Margarito was rebuilding from a loss t Daniel friggin' Santos and would soon lose to Paul Williams. Yet, Money fought the recognized welterweight champ Baldomir. I know in Pacland, fighting guys coming off loses, rebuilding from loses, and lackluster performances against lesser fighters and avoiding the top fighters in divisions is Earth moving. But, down here on planet Earth, fighting top guys the way to go.

That's what I don't get. After Floyd fought Marquez, I was ragging on him endlessly about taking on a challenge. Specifically, Mosley. When RA the Rugged Man had that interview with Floyd, I sent it to all of my buddies. And there were even threads on here about Floyd being in hiding (sound familiar?) the day he signed to fight Shane lmao. But guess what, folks? He fought him. Most Pac fans just can't look in the mirror and admit to themselves that their savior is flawed.

Ive never commented on Arum and Roach.

But for Arum to say it wouldnt be fair for pac to come down in weight when thats what theyve been doing to their last few opponents is ****ing disgusting. How can he be that moronic? Am i missing something?

Pac came in well under the WW limit against Marg, so why cant they make a deal with JMM for 145lbs?

I hope the fight happens. Pac needs to face a smart boxer, and JMM deserves a final shot.

                Great fighters.

Got a lot on my mind lately, but here it is, basically - Manny doesn't really look like he's on something, because things he does a person of his age and dedication can do. It isn't like he's throwing punches non-stop for the whole 12 rounds. He looks pretty legit to me, considering...

the proof is out in the open, no one needs to dig deep. in the last 4yrs as a WW, floyd fought only one legit WW in mosley, and it took years of mosley's **** talking and an earthquake in haiti to make the fight. right up to this point, cotto/tony/clottey/mosley were the top welters, all of them wants a piece of floyd, and floyd was thinking of matthew hatton? LOL
