Oh by the way who do you want him to fight?
or he can do the floyd route and refuse to pay fees and not fight for championships... sit on his arse and wait for a payday since he has no need to defend. LOL.

according to merchant, berto said he wouldnt mind going for shane or cotto before pac... that was good to hear.

i agree, he held the WBC belt so he had to defend to a WBC ranked fighter.... bleh, at least he got a highlight reel KO for his time.

        What a **** stoppage.

Dude got up at 5 and ref called it anyways.

Its not like he was taking a beating. He got caught with a good punch and still had a lot of stamina to recover with, but bad ref won't give the fighter a chance to recover or at the very least go down again.

**** refs like this ruin boxing.

I'd rather see him face Pac. Mosley is done. Just a waste of time. Since Pac wants to fight at 147 so bad. Let's see him start to unify the division.

the ref probably saved his career

but yeah, berto needs to step it up in competition. one punch knockouts against bums get old fast.

              Ref saved his career?

The guy gets caught by a good punch in round 1, gets up at the 5 count and somehow stopping the fight saves his career?

It's not like he did the Judah chicken dance.

Ref destroyed any chance of that bum recovering and getting in a lucky punch of his own.

But I bet Pacquiao continuing to fight the same slow flat footed opponents is always entertaining right?

Hernandez had his gaurd and hands up but he was caught right on the button and went down hard. He made it up but was barely able to get his senses together and the referee stopped the fight. Berto retains his WBC welterweight title. If there was ever a statement to make for a fight with WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao, Berto may have made it. Berto is on the short-list of challengers being considered for Pacquiao's next fight.

I wanna see Berto fight that Selkut Aydin or whatever guy everyone's been yammerin about. I know that's a boxing lesson, but I want him to get that out of the way.

Berto/Mosley Berto/Cotto Berto/Clottey. Someone competitive please. Certainly no need to jump straight into a Pacquiao fight after this U'll get too big headed
