Call it what you'd like but the winner of Martinez/Williams was always gonna be in line for a fight with PBF or Manny. Williams was moving back down. Pac has fought 6 fighters in a row coming off very tough losses. 6!!!! Name me another champion that has done this? Only a fake would target damaged fighters.
