Tol, ODLH was the one who called Manny out from 135lbs. to 147lbs. ODLH was the one who called for 147lbs., not Team Pacquiao. Yun lang pare.

According to trainer Freddie Roach, any fighter who wants to face Manny Pacquiao from the junior welterweight division, or below, will have to move up the full welterweight limit of 147-pounds. Roach will not agree to any catch-weight between 140 and 147. If Juan Manuel Marquez, Devon Alexander or Timothy Bradley want Pacquiao, they must agree to 147 or the fight won't happen.

Hey burner what do you think about this:

If the fight is at 135....Manny will be 148 on fight night (ala Diaz fight)
If the fight is at 140....Manny will be 148 on fight night (ala Hatton fight)
If the fight is at 147...Manny will be 148 on fight night (ala Oscar, Cotto and Clottey fights)

Hell if the fight was at 150...Manny will be 148 on fight night (ala Margarito)

So I doubt weight is the issue as Manny always shows up around the 148 mark on fight night.

With that said, this fight should never happen because Manny destroys this old man within 5 rounds. This fight is a waste of everyones time. I mean Khan and Floyd got heat for trying to face Marquez above 135....yet people wanna see Manny fight him there?

FWIW I feel Katsidis will pull the upset tonight. I'm going with Marquez but Kats is motivated and Marquez is distracted..thinking about a fight with Manny.

Nobody does. A lot of people are just riding it out because they cant go back now, or they cant man up and do what they did to Floyd and say Bytch move on Pac (again). Too much pride. Plus some have double standards or just completely lower the standards for Pac all together.

As I've been saying, Team Pac's contradicting selections/decisions are being exposed and IMO been exposed since 2008.

They make the bigger guys come down and the smaller guys move up. Pac must be "comfortable" and have all the "advantages" against these subpar "selections" right? The question is, Is pac "too small" or "too big". They cant have it both ways to suit there agenda.

Again the contradictions of Team Pac are being exposed. But lets continue to bash Floyd and call him a coward who technically took out and broke the #1 WW in "too good" Mosley who Pac officially ducked from 141-147. That makes sense, everyone's doing it so it must be true.

If Pac fights JMM at 147. Nobody can talk about Floyd vs Hatton/JMM ever again. If Pac fights Mosley, nobody can ever talk about Floyd vs Mosley again. As I've said before, Top Rank better "choose" wisely. You know Bob has the winner for the Pac lottery already, lets hope he made a legit "selection".

There's a difference between cutting to 135 and rehydrating to 148 pounds than there is cutting to 147 and rehydrating to 148.
