Cotto was KO'd by Margarito, then Maragrito was KO'd by Mosley. Money fought the guy in the winner's bracket. I don't see how you can ask for more than that.

What a load of crap!!
Wow, now they wanna worry about Pacquiao's health now Martinez is too big when good and well he is the same size as Margarito. Yeah they know PAC will get ****d by Martinez. Last time pacman faced a tuff opponent was Marquez and PAC got schooled.

we all know pac's belt is bogus... so its not even about defending his belt.
its just about getting the top guys to fight each other... pac is a WW, jr MW was just another notch on the belt... he has no business hanging out @ MW.
btw, if oscar was considered the "best" at 154 at the time, it was purely by default. LOL. how the hell does coming back from a loss from b-hop, then beating mayorga considered being the best @ 154. i have no idea. LOL.
floyd/oscar was a money fight. period. oscar was just a name at that point.

Obviously because Sergio is bigger than Tony, but if he will weigh in ONE (Tony weighed 167 vs Pac, Sergio 168 against Williams) pound heavier than Tony did against Pac, not a problem for the P4P King right?

Like I said, Manny doesn't have to face this guy next or even in 2011, but he should eventually.
All the greats like Robinson, Armstrong, Ali, and others took on fights like this...and if Manny wants to be mentioned in the same breath as these guys.....it's fights like this he needs to take.
The crazy thing is this is a fight that he could probably win. Martinez has a lot of weakness that Manny could exploit and win or lose....this is a very close fight....regardless of what most think.
