Not sure. I do think Mayweather has his personal problems at this point, could be hindering him fighting.

The irony. Don't call someone dumb and not use the correct word, which is YOU'RE and not YOUR.

What Manny is doing would be the equivalent of Hagler going up in weight to fight Light Heavy Weights and Cruiserweights. Even if Mayweather is not doing it intentionally, Pacquiao will continue to gain mileage. It's inevitable, so if he wants this fight to be as good as it can be, they need to get in the ring asap.

Mixture of two and three. He does seem to be going through a bit of a rough patch, but then it never seemed to really be smooth sailing for him outside of the ring. I fully believe he wants the Pacquiao fight.

Possibly a little bit of 4 mixed in? Yeah I don't see how this fight doesn't get made at some point.

No, it would be the equivalent of Hagler calling out a fringe light heavyweight contender, asking him to come down to 169 and then picking up a paper belt. Try again. Hagler could've done that for days.

And for the record, why should Mayweather care whether Manny is gaining mileage or not? If Manny wants the fight, he knows what to do. Sitting at press conferences and avoiding questions about testing (when you were so eager to talk about it after you signed to fight Margarito) isn't going to do it.

This is all bull****. The fight is there to be made. If Manny would rather fight Clottey, Margarito and then Mosley/Marquez than agree to full testing then the jokes on clowns who believe his every word.
